While my visual work at IBM is under NDA, below are brief summaries of the projects I worked on.
Contributed research and development for IBM's iX group- a global business design team that is responsible for consulting a variety of companies on advanced B2B, B2C, and internal production strategies. This included UX Research and Interaction Design to improve processes at Toyota, Chevron, McDonald's, and Discount Tire.

Executed a structured research study geared toward understanding how Toyota might re-imagine its North American Demand and Supply Management workflows. As a result of the study, qualitative research, user journeys, personas, research synthesis output, and hi-fi wireframes were developed during the ideation stage of the design process. Alongside performing UX research, the design team and I redesigned the platform Dealer Daily, which is used in all Toyota dealerships across North America, with a UI overhaul.
